What ENSEMBLE is
ENSEMBLE is research software: it turns strategy descriptions into executable code, backtests them against historical data, and reports the results. By creating an account or using the API, MCP server, or CLI, you agree to these terms.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this platform is investment, legal, or tax advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Backtested and hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not guarantee future performance. Any investment decision you make is yours alone; consult a qualified professional before acting on research produced here.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for your account and for anything done with your API keys. Keep keys secret, rotate them from the dashboard if exposed, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. One person or entity per account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the execution sandbox, probe or overload the infrastructure, resell platform access without agreement, use the service for unlawful activity, or misrepresent ENSEMBLE output as audited or live performance. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.
Billing
Usage is metered and billed through Stripe under the pricing published at ensemble.markets/pricing: usage credits on Starter and optional Hobby and Business subscriptions. Consumed credits and completed compute are non-refundable; subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active through the paid period.
Your content, our platform
You own the prompts you write and the models generated for you, and you grant us the license needed to store and execute them on your behalf. ENSEMBLE and its software, design, and infrastructure remain our property.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ENSEMBLE in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses.
Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the product evolves — material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Disclosures
Backtests are illustrative. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ENSEMBLE is a software platform, not an investment adviser.
