FAQ
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every account starts with $100 in credit, valid for 30 days. Add a card when it runs out.
How does included usage work?
Hobby and Business include a monthly usage allowance, drawn down at list rates before anything is billed. Usage beyond it is metered at the same rates, up to a spending cap you set.
What do nightly updates cost?
Each update is a run at list rates, usually a few cents per model. Weekends and market holidays are skipped, and you can pause any model.
Does unused usage roll over?
On Business, yes, for one month. Hobby resets each cycle.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Once someone you refer spends $25 or subscribes, you earn $10 on Starter, $25 on Hobby or $50 on Business. They start with an extra $25.
Can I switch or cancel?
Anytime, from Billing. Cancelling returns you to Starter and your remaining credit stays.
